Among the many responsibilities of the National Park Service (NPS) is the oversight of the National Register of Historic Places and administration of the Federal Historic Tax Incentives Program.  In 2012 the Historic Tax Incentives Program celebrated its 35th anniversary.  To share this accomplishment, the NPS published a 24 page brochure that provides an overview of the program, provides some statistics about number of buildings restored and the value of the credits issued.
