Registration is for one person per registration: To register, select your registration category which will take you to your registration page. Select a ticket for each day, tour, and event you would like to attend. Select the “Next” button to move to the next screen where you will enter information for EACH ticket. (To save time, you will be able to copy the information from a previous ticket to populate the next tickets). At checkout, you can register as a guest, with an existing Whova account, or create a new account. You may edit your registration information within 24-hours. Payments are processed through Stripe without any additional fees. MHPN does not store customer payment data. Please contact info@mhpn.org with any questions.
Registration Policies:
1) Registrations after April 22 and walk-ins welcome, but food/activities are not guaranteed.
2) Refunds subject to a $20 administrative fee and made 30-45 days post-conference.
3) Cancellations or changes after April 22, and no-shows, are not reimbursed.
4) Reservations may be transferred, unchanged, to another participant; notify the MHPN. 5) Tours, events, lunches have capacity limits. Conference attendees, MHPN members, and their guests are given preference for the limited-capacity tickets. Wait lists are kept. Contact info@mhpn.org about any of these policies.
Full-Day session tickets include continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, Thursday’s opening reception (cash bar), and Friday’s keynote address.
Are you a member of the MHPN? If not, and you would like to become a member, start your registration as a Member and select the MHPN Membership Ticket under “Add-Ons.” Otherwise, please select Non-Member options.
Vendor Registration: These tickets include Thursday and Friday – the main conference days, and cover continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, Thursday’s opening reception (cash bar), and Friday’s keynote address.
Reserved Tickets: These tickets require a code to receive discounts. If you are in one of these ticket categories, you will receive an email with the information you need. If you have not received your code by March 15, contact info@mhpn.org. If you believe you should be in one of these categories, and do not receive an email, please contact info@mhpn.org. The codes are case-sensitive.
Our 2026 Conference is hosted on Whova! Attendees are not required to use the Whova app, but the app has many features you may enjoy.
