The Michigan Historic Preservation Network has partnered with the Detroit Land Bank Authority’s Rehabbed and Ready Program to rehab five homes in the Russell Woods – Sullivan Historic District. The effort will provide move in ready homes for sale at market rate prices to further stimulate activity in this revitalizing neighborhood. Projects will follow the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and Detroit Historic District Commission Guidelines.
